Simply check the class name when booking — it will clearly note if it’s heated or unheated. The structure and flow are the same, so you can simply choose the heat level you prefer.
Our infrared heated classes vary by studio. Heated classes in Wellesley + Cape House heat to ~80 degrees, while South Boston, East Boston + Downtown Boston heat to ~85–90 degrees.
Absolutely. PILATES FUSION is designed for all levels — no prior experience needed. Our instructors will guide you through smart, intentional sequences with options to scale up or down, so you can move at the intensity that feels right for you.
Nope! Mats are provided for you at all of our studios. Each mat in the room has a number on it which coincides with the mat number you select at booking. If you like to practice with a yoga towel on top of your mat, feel free to bring one.
First of all – CONGRATS! We have a number of women who choose to take our heated and unheated classes throughout their pregnancy. Still, we always recommend consulting your doctor prior to taking our classes.
