OUTSIDE OF B/SPOKE: I am a Registered Dietitian with my own private practice where I counsel individuals on digestive health and help them to build a healthy relationship with food and their body. I also consult on a variety of interesting nutrition and cookbook projects. This bundle of energy and lifelong athlete is extremely passionate about nutrition, intuitive eating, gut health, and joyful movement. Alicia’s RIDE classes are a direct reflection of her personality — welcoming, upbeat, and fun with (of course) some serious funky vibes from her disco inspired beats. Alicia packs her free time with great food, bargain shopping, movies, and ANY activity that involves her dachshund Tiki…the FIFTH dachshund in her life!
