EBK creates a playful, empowering, and challenging environment where everyone can show up, work hard, and smile big. She's worn many hats at B/SPOKE over the years and is excited to bring her passion and energy to the LAB!

With well over 2,000 classes taken at B/SPOKE, she brings the perspective of someone who truly lives and breathes this community, always pulling everyone in around her and making sure they feel welcome. She's truly energy in human form. Outside of the studio, she's training for her next marathon, strolling with her son Liam or chasing her puppy Louie around the park…always with a coffee in hand!
