Francesca’s classes are a high-energy celebration of movement, set to dance-y beats. She loves to curate the class vibe through music, lighting, and creative programming. Since moving from New Orleans, she’s always searching for live music—preferably outdoors and dog-friendly for her pup, Bubba! Beyond B/SPOKE, she’s a personal trainer, physical therapy aid, and high school volleyball and strength coach. She plays volleyball competitively and channels her creativity into sculpture and mixed-media art.
