Kaighla took her first class at B/SPOKE in 2019, within a week she became a daily client showing up not only to sweat, but for the community and the relationships built on and off the bike. After three years as a client turned Front Desk Teammate, it’s no surprise Kaighla committed to her next journey as an instructor. Whether she is taking class or teaching class, Kaighla shows up strong, loud (a whole lot of “woo’s”), and full of passion.
