With a background in yoga and personal training, Kristalena’s (AKA Krissa) classes emphasis form, alignment, and…MUSIC. Krissa loves a solid, heavy bass that gets your motivation UP and keeps class bumping “like a party everyone is welcomed to.” While the studio/gym is one of her happy places, Kriss feels most relaxed and free while on a hike or at the beach.
