In Marisol’s classes, expect dynamic music with intense energy, pushes against resistance (her fav), and to feel empowered. Marisol creates a space where you can show up as you are, push yourself, and try new things – reminding you to “have fun - you belong here!” Whether you are brand new to indoor cycling or a seasoned rider, you will leave class feeling “sweaty, strong, and successful.” Outside of B/SPOKE, Marisol likes to spend time taking care of her many, many plants.
