Meredith’s classes are challenging, intentional, and inclusive — with a dance-club edge. A former All-American swimmer and coach, she brings a caring and passionate energy to helping every student leave her class feeling stronger, happier, and more confident by pushing them to their personal edge. While she loves old school musicals and pop music, Meredith is fully immersed in the EDM scene so expect to hear all the newest house tracks in her class, with sprinkles of Britney.
Outside of B/SPOKE you can find Meredith heading up sales at Dream Recovery, managing her husbands DJ career, waving her Greek pride flag, skiing up north, or obsessing over small dogs.
