Reagan’s first class at B/SPOKE was our original TRAIN class (the first iteration of what is now STRENGTH). She quickly became hooked on all class formats as well as the welcoming and encouraging environment. Now, Reagan is a STRENGTH instructor herself, bringing clients a fun class that pushes past their limits and is driven by strong beats.
