When Renee took her first RIDE class at Cape House's outdoor Big Top Tent studio in the Summer of 2021, she immediately knew she found her second home and community – for the first time since she moved to the Cape. Renee is now part of our YOGA Instructor team. Her classes are truly an extension of herself – energetic, brave, and honest.
