Shira believes everyone should know how to lift weights safely—and actually enjoy it. Her classes focus on form, fun, and that strong, sweaty feeling you didn’t know you needed. Expect creative moves (hello, squats on an upside-down BOSU) and playlists stacked with pop, EDM, and the occasional country remix. Outside the studio, she’s baking treats for her side hustle (@bakedbybrandt), planning unforgettable events, coaching CrossFit, or soaking up the sun with friends and family.
