First time at the studio? Here’s everything you need to know about getting there, amenities offered, and the studio experience to expect!

The studio is located in Mashpee Commons on the corner of North Street + Market Street, directly adjacent to LL Bean.

FREE parking is available anywhere in the shopping complex.

All riders must wear clip-in bike shoes (SPD-compatible) to take class. While your first rental is complimentary and you are more than welcome to bring your own, we do offer rentals free of charge.

If you left your towel at home, no sweat! Our front desk teammates got you covered.

Our LAB room (STRENGTH classes) is outfitted with complimentary mats for every client. You don't need to bring your own!

While we encourage you to leave personal valuables in your car, our studio offers personal cubbies for everything else!

We encourage everyone to bring a reusable water bottle when they come to the studio. Forgot yours at home? We have some available for purchase.

All gender changing area and shower complete with amenities include body wash, shampoo + conditioner, face wash, moisturizer, hair styling tools + more.

1 bathroom stall + 1 urinal.

FREE parking is available anywhere in the shopping complex.

Our LAB (Pilates + yoga space) is outfitted with complimentary mats for every client. You don’t need to bring your own!

We offer both infrared-heated and unheated classes. Heated classes are typically around 80°F and use infrared heat, which warms the body directly rather than simply heating the air—creating a comfortable, even warmth throughout the room.

While we encourage you to leave personal valuables in your car, our studio offers personal cubbies for everything else!

We encourage everyone to bring a reusable water bottle when they come to the studio. Forgot yours at home? We have some available for purchase.

All gender restrooms complete with amenities include hair elastics, dry shampoo, deodorant, and more.
