First time at the studio? Here’s everything you need to 
know about getting there, amenities offered, and the studio experience to expect!

The studio is located directly off Sumner St in East Boston.

Free 2 hour street parking is available outside the studio.

We're conveniently located just a 5min walk from the MAVERICK station on the Blue Line.

If you left your towel at home, no sweat! Our front desk attendants will keep a fresh one waiting for you.

Our LAB room (STRENGTH + YOGA classes) is outfitted with complimentary mats for every client. You don't need to bring your own!

Our facilities come equipped with lockers that feature temporary programmable locks to keep your gear safe while you sweat.

We encourage everyone to bring a reusable water bottle when they come to the studio. Forgot yours at home? We have some available for purchase.

Our Womens locker room is complete with 2 showers, 2 bathroom stalls, a changing area and dry bar. Amenities include body wash, shampoo + conditioner, face wash, moisturizer, hair styling tools + more.

Our Mens locker room is complete with 1 shower, 1 bathroom stall, and a changing area. Amenities include body wash, shampoo + conditioner, face wash, moisturizer, razors, hair styling tools + more.

Music impacts us all and we pride ourselves on our state of the art sound system! Complimentary ear plugs are available at the front desk.
