What do the class metrics actually mean?

Each metric is designed to help you find the right fit based on your energy, recovery needs, and goals. Use these as guides – not rules – to help you pick your perfect mix.



  • Intensity: How physically demanding the workout feels.


  • Impact: The level of joint loading (low = grounded, high = more plyometric).


  • Heat: Whether the room is warmed or heated, which can influence flexibility and recovery.


  • Goals: The primary training focus (e.g., Strength, Endurance, Mobility, Recovery).


What should I take if my goal is to get stronger?

Our STRENGTH and LIFT classes use resistance, tempo, and controlled effort to build lean muscle and power. STRENGTH classes utilize dumbbells. LIFT incorporates barbells, as well as dumbbells and other equipment. Tip: Pair strength classes with one lower-intensity day to allow for recovery.

Which classes help improve endurance or stamina?

Go for RIDE, STRENGTH HIIT, our join our Run Club! These classes push your heart rate into those longer working zones and train your aerobic capacity. Mixing these with strength work helps build balance and sustainability.

What if my goal is mobility, balance, or recovery?

Choose YOGA, YOGA: SCULPT, or Recovery classes. These sessions are designed to restore range of motion, improve posture, and reduce soreness — all key for performance longevity.

How should I plan my week using these classes?

Think in terms of balance, not burnout. We recommend the 2:2:1 formula:



  • 2 Strength days for strength and power


  • 2 Sweat days for cardio, stamina, and conditioning


  • 1 Recovery day for balance, flexibility, and reset


Can I try a class even if the metrics feel “too hard”?

Absolutely! Metrics are guidance, not limits. Our instructors always offer options for scaling and alternative movements. Growth happens when you explore just beyond your comfort zone!
