The RIDE you know and love, packed into 30 minutes of sweat and energy. You can expect a flow that is attainable and challenging, with an added intensity kick to fit into any busy schedule. This class accounts for the first 30 minutes of RIDE X STRENGTH or RIDE X YOGA. Specific bikes are available for booking in this class.

We suggest wearing workout clothes that are breathable AND comfortable to sweat in.
Yes, all riders are required to wear SPD-compatible cycling shoes that clip into our pedals. If you don’t have your own shoes, we offer rentals for $2 at all studios (SPECIAL PERK: shoe rentals are COMPLIMENTARY for membership holders!).
Our RIDE classes are formatted to suit folks of all experience and fitness levels.
You must be 13 years of age or older to take class.
Our Stages Cycling indoor bikes can accommodate a large range of heights, from approximately 4’10” to 6’10”.
