STRENGTH: FULL BODY

Designed to increase power, stability, and overall strength. This class incorporates exercises and compound movements that work both the upper and lower body in a complementary way for a total body experience.

A high-energy, cardio-driven, full-body, strength and conditioning class utilizing dumbbells, body weights, and resistance bands. This class is for all levels and modifications are always provided and encouraged.

Our body-specific classes focus on one muscle group at a time to get you the most effective workload possible. This class was designed to increase upper body strength by focusing on arms, chest, back, and core exercises for a total upper body experience.

GENTLE INFRARED HEAT

A hybrid class that combines a music-driven, Vinyasa-based practice with total body strength training. This class takes the best of our YOGA and STRENGTH offerings to create a fun, unique, and challenging experience. Sneakers are optional.

LIFT is B/SPOKE’s signature functional strength class, designed to build power, endurance, and confidence. Move through five dynamic stations featuring strength, mobility, and explosive conditioning using squat racks, sleds, kettlebells, TRX, and more.

Guided by a coach and fueled by group energy, LIFT delivers a full-body challenge that pushes your limits.
