A high-energy, cardio-driven, full-body, strength and conditioning class utilizing dumbbells, body weights, and resistance bands. This class is for all levels and modifications are always provided and encouraged.

GENTLE INFRARED HEAT
A hybrid class that combines a music-driven, Vinyasa-based practice with total body strength training. This class takes the best of our YOGA and STRENGTH offerings to create a fun, unique, and challenging experience. Sneakers are optional.

You can expect a heart-pumping, motivating cardio workout matched perfectly with powerful strength and conditioning mat work — truly the best of both worlds.
Think personal training in a fun, small group environment. This class pairs heavy-strength movements with high-intensity rotating stations to build strength, endurance, and power. Sessions are capped at six people to ensure proper movement mechanics and form while encouraging camaraderie amongst participants.

It’s simple – workout clothes, sneakers (or go barefoot!), and excitement to work hard.
We require you to wear sneakers (preferably shoes meant for cross-training) or be barefoot. Socks can slip on our mats so if you’re lifting without shoes, we recommend going sockless!
Our instructors will always offer modifications throughout class. Even so, please notify your instructor upon entering class so they are aware and can offer more specific support, when necessary.
OF COURSE! This is a great opportunity to start learning. Check in with your instructor once you arrive at class and let them know. They will support you in choosing equipment that is appropriate for the workout AND your comfort level.
ALL STRENGTH classes are suitable for beginners! Our instructors are trained to program and offer modifications that support ALL levels. We recommend, however, starting with STRENGTH: HIIT, a cardio-driven experience that allows you to ease into other strength building classes we offer.
We created body-specific options for clients looking to target certain areas of the body or complement other workouts we offer (RIDE, YOGA, TRAINING CAMP). Think of body-specific classes / days as part of a comprehensive training program that should be used together (i.e. take one UPPER and LOWER each week!).
STRENGTH pairs beautifully with RIDE and YOGA. Leverage YOGA as a way to balance your STRENGTH building, and use RIDE as a way to support building endurance for inside the LAB.
