INFRARED HEAT
Our signature class is a Vinyasa-based practice that provides an opportunity to flow powerfully through breath-to-movement sequences created to focus on a theme, area of the body, and/or peak pose. Class begins and ends with mindfulness and breathwork, leaving you feeling sweaty, energized, balanced, and aligned.

Sometimes 45 minutes just isn't enough. For those looking to flow a little longer, YOGA 60 is an extended version of our signature YOGA 45 class sequence.
GENTLE INFRARED HEAT
A yin-based practice for all levels that starts with a slow flow and ends with holding restorative poses for an extended time. Expect a gentle class with no chaturanga and lots of support from props to help cultivate a relaxing, meditative experience.
GENTLE INFRARED HEAT
A hybrid class that combines a music-driven, Vinyasa-based practice with total body strength training. This class takes the best of our YOGA and STRENGTH offerings to create a fun, unique, and challenging experience. Sneakers are optional.

Our heated class offerings use infrared heat and vary in temperature based on the studio. YOGA classes in our WELLESLEY and CAPE HOUSE studios heat to ~80 degrees. YOGA classes in our SOUTH BOSTON studio heat to ~85-90 degrees. YOGA X STRENGTH classes at ALL STUDIOS heat to ~80-85 degrees.
All of our classes are designed to support ALL levels of experience. Our instructors are skilled at intelligent and effective sequencing that offers the opportunity for choosing the degree of intensity that beest matches what you need from your practice on any given day.
Nope! Mats are provided for you at all of our studios. Each mat in the room has a number on it which coincides with the mat number you select at booking. If you like to practice with a yoga towel on top of your mat, feel free to bring one.

First of all – CONGRATS! We have a number of women who choose to take our YOGA classes (both HEATED and UNHEATED) throughout their pregnancy. Still, we always recommend consulting your doctor prior to taking our classes.
