We believe that in order to become better individuals, better organizations, better communities, and in-turn, a better world, we must cultivate an inclusive environment for our team and clients alike. We weave inclusivity into all that we do, including but not limited to: implementing equitable hiring practices, consistent evaluation of the client experience, ongoing training and development for our team, inclusive retail experiences, intentional programming and special events, and using our platform to amplify marginalized voices.

BEYOND THE BIKE

Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging is at the center of all that we do. As a team, we hold regular "Beyond the Bike" conversations to hold space for challenging topics that require brave and open dialogue in a small group format. These conversations hit close to home for many of our teammates, and have helped us learn and grow as a community in countless ways.

INNERCITY WEIGHTLIFTING X B/SPOKE STUDIOS

From community events, panels, and sharing spaces, we are proud to partner with InnerCity Weightlifting (ICW) to help make space for communities disproportionately affected by systematic racism.

As a community, ICW transcends fear and cultural barriers, where people gain unique insight through personal connection. It is a place where people belong, together. Where policy has failed, ICW has succeeded in earning trust, creating hope, bridging social capital, and increasing opportunity for for economic mobility.
