FAV WAY TO CROSS-TRAIN: A blend of indoor cycling/running/strength/yoga. Recovery is so important. I take at least two days off every week. On those two days I focus on stretching, mobility, and yoga. Your body will thank you and in turn, work hard when you recover harder.
Growing up in Dartmouth, MA, Cady is thrilled to call Cape Cod home for herself, her husband, their two kids, and her two fur babies Onyx + Otto. From the soccer field to running marathons, Cady has always recognized the positive effects of fitness on both her physical and mental health. Cady takes serious pride in guiding people toward their goals and her classes are nothing short of motivating and inspiring. Her strong and adventurous personality shines when she’s on the podium.
