BEST ADVICE FOR SOMEONE NEW TO B/SPOKE: Trying something new can be intimidating and challenging, so give yourself the grace to go for it! Enjoy the music, the lights, the amazing people, and the rest will come naturally. We were all new at one point so please don’t hesitate to ask for help! We are SO happy to have you!
A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Nicole found herself in a brand new city (Boston!) to pursue her career in MedTech. Nicole loves building strength through indoor cycling and lifting heavy – Her favorite way to cross train is of course, a STRENGTH + R/DE double. Nicole’s classes are a safe space for everyone to become the most confident, accepting version of themselves.
